Formello, 14th March 2025 – Rebirth S.p.A. (the “Company“), a dynamic company, specialized in the development and management of real estate assets, listed on the Euronext Growth Paris market, announces its annual production value for the financial year 2024, ended December 31, 2024, and upcoming corporate events.
Rebirth’s production value in 2024 reached the appreciable level of €4.5 million, almost doubling the amount recorded in 2023. Rebirth, in fact, has grown rapidly and steadily since its establishment in 2021, in terms of asset portfolio and operations, also thanks to several mergers, in particular the one with Aion S.p.A. in 2022 and with Health Property S.p.A. in 2023. The increase recorded in 2024 compared to 2023 was made possible first and foremost by the sales of the first buildings built directly by Rebirth, specifically a small complex of luxury villas in Formello (RM), which added €1.2M to production.
The residual increase recorded in 2024 compared to 2023 production, is partly linked to the progress of other construction works (€0.8M), this is a really positive sign as it shows the acceleration of the company’s construction capacity which will soon make other units available for sales, and on the other hand to the increase in core rental activities (€0.4M), this is thanks to the contribution of the new assets that the company acquired during the year.
In fact, the same growth path can also be found on the units of real estate assets during the indicated period, and specifically on 2024, where Rebirth’s asset portfolio grew by 35 units, reaching 129 units from 94 at the end of 2023, and from the value achieved which goes from €25 million in 2023 to €38 million in 2024, thus adding value of €13 million, with an average value per unit added of €0.37 million, thus also highlighting an increase in the average value of the units in the portfolio, which previously stood at €0.27 million.
The continuous growth prospects appear to be foreseeable, considering the importance of the acquisitions planned in the commercial and industrial sector, the construction sites starting, but above all for the important projects underway on niche tourism solutions which, together with the positive trend of the sector in general, will guarantee growth and stability of results in the coming years.
