The whole villa is surrounded by a large garden, an external porch immersed in the nature of the pine forest, a stone's throw from the sea.

In front of the pine forest there is the beach of San Pietro characterized by a very long and wide expanse of soft and golden sand, which starts to the west from La Ciacca and reaches nothing up to the mouth of the Coghinas.
